“I am very fortunate to work for such a great company. The resiliency of a brand that has been around for almost 40 years is nothing short of remarkable in an industry with such a high failure rate. I’m looking forward to the continued growth within the Hooters brand, but also with diversification into other concepts to help strengthen the company as we move into the future,” said Weatherilt.
Weatherilt is a graduate of the University of Florida and remains a die-hard Florida Gator and Steve Spurrier fan.
Hooters Management Corp owns and operates 24 Hooters Restaurant locations in Tampa Bay, Chicagoland and Manhattan along with four Hoots, a quick-service restaurant serving Hooters’ most popular menu items.
