Passenger, Motorcyclist Killed In DUI Crash On McMullen Booth Rd

PINELLAS COUNTY, FL — A 29-year-old Largo woman and a 50-year-old Palm Harbor man have died following a DUI crash Sunday night on McMullen Booth Road along the Bayside Bridge.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 11:10 p.m., a 29-year-old Clearwater woman was driving south on McMullen Booth Road.

A 50-year-old Tampa woman was driving an SUV and a 50-year-old Palm Harbor man was driving a motorcycle north on the Bayside Bridge when the 29-year-old lost control and crossed the median, colliding with the SUV, which then struck the motorcycle.

A passenger in the car and the motorcyclist died at the scene.

The 29-year-old driver was charged with DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide.
