Police Arrest Man After Finding List With 'Snatch Up Lil Girl'
Investigators said they found a list in Jacob Holman's home with items like duct tape and the words, "snatch up lil girl."

CLEARWATER, FL — Clearwater Police detectives have arrested a 26-year-old man who they said plotted to kidnap a child.
Jacob Alexander Holman of Mulberry Drive in Clearwater was charged with attempted kidnapping and possession of child pornography. He was booked into the Pinellas County Jail late Thursday, and remains there on Friday.
Police became aware of Holman's intentions during an investigation into a domestic dispute early Thursday at his home. That's when officers learned Holman had begun collecting items that were on a list they found, including duct tape, gloves, a shovel, a flashlight, a first aid kit and a condom.

Holman was interviewed by detectives and subsequently arrested.
"So often in this profession we see the tragic outcome after a heinous crime is committed," said Police Chief Dan Slaughter."This is one of those rare occasions where we were fortunate to be able to intervene before the crime happened. I can't be more grateful for the citizen reporting a concern and for the great work by our detectives in the Crimes Against Children and Families Unit."
The possession of child pornography charge stems from images found on Holman's computer.
