Police Seek Victims Of Man Accused Of Selling Shoddy Appliances
James Charles Holecekm 58, was arrested Thursday on a charge of scheming to defraud. He was booked in to the Pinellas County Jail.

CLEARWATER, FL — Clearwater Police economic crimes detectives are asking for the public's help in the aftermath of the arrest of an appliance salesman.
James Charles Holecekm, 58, was arrested Thursday on a charge of scheming to defraud. He was booked in to the Pinellas County Jail.
Three victims have been identified so far, and detectives believe there could be more.

His transactions originated either in his appliance store at 1484 Gulf to Bay Blvd. or online at Facebook Marketplace.
Holecek either would not deliver items that had been paid for or would deliver items that were shoddy or not working. A repair technician who worked for him said he would sell and deliver appliances that he knew were not working or were in bad shape.
