County Police to Motorists: Buckle Up!

If you get behind the wheel in the next two weeks, don’t forget to buckle your seat belt.

Starting on Tuesday, deputies with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office will participate in a statewide Click It or Ticket seat-belt enforcement campaign.

The initiative runs from Tuesday through Nov. 30, and it’s sponsored by the Florida Department of Transportation and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). For more information, check out the Facebook page of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.
