Saturday Deadline To Compete In Pinellas Christmas Lights Contest

If you have an amazing outdoor holiday display, you could win a $1,000 grand prize.

PINELLAS COUNTY, FL — If you love decorating your home with over-the-top holiday lights, figures, inflatables and other eye-catching displays, Saturday is the last day to register for the Pinellas County's annual Christmas Lights Competition, sponsored by Blake Real Estate.

Voting will take place through Dec. 24 and homeowners will have a chance to win thousands in prizes including a $1,000 grand prize.

The only requirements to enter the contest is that your entry must be a residential property, and it must be located within Pinellas County. Families piling into cars for light tours and holiday strollers will vote on their favorite holiday lights display via text message (only one vote per person). You can find all the light displays and map out your Christmas lights drive on the map on the website.

Voting will be tallied from Dec. 4 through midnight, Dec. 28.

To vote for any of the registered homes, simply text the code of the home listed on the website to 855-946-3472.
