Niemeier, 70, was last seen on Monday at 412 Casler Ave. and is said to suffer from dementia. Police believe he is in possession of his 2006 white Ford Econoline van with a Florida tag number of G656WD.
Anyone who has seen him is asked to call the Clearwater Police Department at 727-562-4200 or local law enforcement.
