St. Pete Man Seriously Injured in Clearwater Motorcycle Crash
The wreck happened Monday night on the Memorial Causeway.

A 23-year-old St. Petersburg man suffered life-threatening injuries when Clearwater Police say he lost control of his motorcycle on the Memorial Causeway Monday evening.
According to the department, Jack Randall Wallace was heading east on the bridge around 7 p.m. when he came across a slower vehicle on Chestnut Street, just west of the Oak Avenue intersection. Wallace, police said, passed the vehicle, but hit a curb and lost control of his bike.
The impact, an email from the agency stated, ejected Wallace from the bike and sent him careening into a street sign. Wallace was airlifted to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg in critical condition.
