Suspect Sought For Using Counterfeit Cash At Local Drug Stores
Clearwater police are seeking the ID of man wanted in connection with allegedly buying Halloween candy and gift cards with fake $100 bills.

CLEARWATER, FL – The Clearwater Police Department is turning to the public to help identify a man suspected of using counterfeit money to buy gift cards and candy at local Walgreens stores.
Detectives said the man used three counterfeit $100 bills on Oct. 24 to buy a Visa gift card and bags of Halloween candy from the store at 1801 Gulf-to-Bay Blvd., and is suspected in the same offense at another nearby Walgreens on the same date.
