Previously with Coldwell Banker, the Sunshine Group is a multi-million dollar producing real estate team representing sellers and buyers in Pinellas County. Residents of Dunedin, Karen and Joe can often be seen handing out flyers with up to date real estate listings and statistical information, or driving around town in their Club Car Golf Cart. The team has over 10 years’ experience selling real estate with REO and Short Sale designations earned. Ms. Wills specializes in listing properties and Mr. Mackin excels in representing buyers in purchasing homes.
