Threshers Defeat Hammerheads On Suomi's Homer
Hammerheads Kyle Jensen hits two homeruns but Threshers win 5-4.
The Threshers hung on for a 5-4 victory against the Jupiter Hammerheads on Sunday (July 10).
Clearwater built a 5-1 lead on the strength of a four run second inning. Eight Threshers batted in the inning, including a triple by D'Arby Myers. He scored after an errant throw by second basemen Dallas Poulk.
