Toddler Dies 3 Days After Falling Into Swimming Pool
A 22-month-old girl who was found in the family's back-yard pool earlier this week has died, authorities said.
CLEARWATER, FL — A 22-month-old girl who was found in the family's back-yard pool earlier this week has died.
Clearwater Police were called to 1533 S. Prescott Ave. on Monday evening. The girl's father found her in the pool after both parents, who were home at the time, could not locate her.
The girl, Lanita Vasilivena Bykov, first was taken to Morton Plant Hospital, then transferred later that night to St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa.
