Video: Clearwater Police, Fire Come To Rescue Of Birthday Girl

CLEARWATER, FL — When the coronavirus pandemic prevented a girl in Countryside from celebrating her 7th birthday, Clearwater Police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue came to the rescue.

When District 3 officers heard that Carter was unable to have a birthday party, they teamed up with Clearwater Fire & Rescue Department and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office to surprise her with a first responder convoy followed by a convoy of family and friends. There was even a dog wearing a birthday party hat.
