Clearwater Man Accused Of Stabbing His 22-Year-Old Daughter To Death
Police said the daughter tried to break up a fight between her father and boyfriend and was stabbed by her father.
CLEARWATER, FL — Clearwater police detectives have arrested a 51-year-old man accused of stabbing his daughter to death Sunday evening.
A call came in just after 7 p.m. from Bay Cove Apartments, 19135 U.S. 19 N., about a stabbing. A woman was taken to Morton Plant Hospital with injuries and died shortly after.
Detectives have arrested Laurence Green and charged him with manslaughter in the death of his daughter, Sidney Green.

Detectives said Green was armed with a knife during a fight with his daughter's boyfriend. He stabbed his daughter when she tried to get between the two men.
