Woman Duped Man With Dementia Into Signing Over Properties: Police
A property manager is accused of tricking a man in his 90s with dementia into signing over two condos he owns to her son.

CLEARWATER, FL — Clearwater police economic crimes detectives have charged a 44-year-old woman with duping an elderly man with dementia into signing over two properties to her son, say Clearwater police.
Jennifer Geiger, 44, of Clearwater was arrested Tuesday and booked into the Pinellas County Jail after being charged with exploitation of an elderly or disabled person.
According to Clearwater police, Geiger was the property manager at the condominium complex in Largo where a man in his 90s who has dementia owned two units.

Police said she befriended him and then deceived him into signing over ownership of the two condo units to her son. The two properties are valued at $400,000.
