The City Of Coral Gables Has Become An Official Affiliate Of Keep America Beautiful
Keep Coral Gables Beautiful will educate the community to reduce litter and improve recycling efforts.

The City of Coral Gables has become an official affiliate of the Keep America Beautiful organization. Keep America Beautiful is a leading nonprofit established in 1953 and has over 600 affiliates nationwide including 45 Florida affiliates. The City Commission had passed a resolution back in July of 2019 directing staff to begin the affiliation process.

Keep Coral Gables Beautiful will act as a subcommittee of the City’s Sustainability Advisory Board with a mission to promote environmental sustainability and educate the community to take action every day to reduce litter from our open spaces and waterways, improve recycling efforts and keep our City Beautiful.
