All building permit applications approved prior to Nov. 1, 2020 with outstanding fees need to be paid by May 1.
The City of Coral Gables permitting system is being upgraded. As a result, all building permit applications approved prior to Nov. 1, 2020 with outstanding fees need to be paid by May 1. Fees not paid by the May 1 deadline will be recalculated based on the amended permit fee ordinance effective Nov. 1, 2020. To pay your fees online click here.
