Coming Soon To City Of Coral Gables: New Electronic Lien Search Platform

We are excited to announce that beginning on March 1, customers will be able to request, pay and receive Lien Searches through the City’s new electronic Lien Search Platform. The City Clerk’s office has worked to ensure that this platform serve as a one-stop shop so that customers will no longer need to visit multiple departments. This convenient platform will allow customers to create the search request, check the status of the request digitally, as well as receive automatic updates on the progress of the request.
