Prior to construction, the City will submit a site plan and design for the firehouse property that is consistent with the surrounding uses and that will minimize any potential impact to nearby areas. As part of the site approval process, the City will also inform and solicit input from the neighbors regarding the design of the firehouse and park before proceeding with this project.
