The Coral Gables Merrick House, a historic house on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places is a City treasure. Recently all the existing lighting was converted to LED. As a result it is expected that 90% more energy will be saved on lighting. This project is part of the City’s overall mission to optimize energy and water efficiency in all its facilities.
