Coral Gables Trolley Driver Wins MV Operator Of The Year Award
Reinaldo "Rey" Muñoz has had a perfect driving record with no preventable accidents or passenger complaints for seven years.

Congratulations to Reinaldo “Rey” Muñoz on receiving the Katherine McClary MV Operator of the Year Award. He was selected from more than 15,000 drivers throughout the U.S. For seven years he has had a perfect driving record with no preventable accidents or passenger complaints.

“Rey is committed to providing a safe and pleasant experience and passengers compliment his professionalism, and friendly manner,” said Kevin Kinney, Coral Gables Parking Director who oversees trolley operations. “We are proud that he is on our team.”
This award was established to honor the memory of Katie McClary, who was tragically killed in a bus accident in 2004, and meant to keep an everlasting light on the importance and commitment to safety.
