Deputies say the SUV had a green light and the driver stayed at the scene; no charges are expected so far as the investigation continues. 
• Davenport launches school-zone speed camera program (baynews9.com) — Drivers in Davenport will start seeing automated school‑zone speed cameras outside Horizon Elementary, with a 30‑day warning period beginning Monday before $100 tickets kick in.
