Locals are demanding better notice, more transparency, and possible zoning changes as Commissioner Maria Sachs considers reforms and plans another public meeting.
   

• COPS: Delray Woman Asleep At Wheel Blew Triple Legal Limit (bocanewsnow.com) — A 31-year-old Delray Beach woman was arrested on DUI charges after Boynton Beach police say they found her asleep in a running car at a Chili's parking lot, allegedly with a breath alcohol level over three times the legal limit. She told officers she was heading home to Delray after visiting The Ave and now faces a court appearance later this month.
