Bon Appetit's Kenny Lang took first place in Dine Tampa Bay's Sip 'n Sizzle Cocktail Competition on August 13, 2013. The kick-off event featured nine restaurants. Dine Tampa Bay is the Bay Area's official restaurant week and runs August 16-30.
