Camp Creative - summer music camp for ages 6-11 at Creative Keys Music School

Camp Creative is a specialty, small-group music camp for ages 6-11. The primary focus of this camp is to introduce students to playing the piano, guitar, voice, and violin. Students have the opportunity to play each instrument in workshops taught by Creative Keys instructors, providing insight for students on which instrument they may want to learn! Other fun, educational activities involve:

• Note reading & rhythm games
• Musical symbols & terms
• Artistic expression with a musical theme
• Composers
• Identifying instruments of the orchestra

Students should bring a snack, drink, and lunch. Instruments are provided, but if you own a guitar or violin, please bring it along. Tuition must be pre-paid in order to hold your spot. There are a maximum of 10 spaces available per week and this camp fills up every year, so be sure to register early!

Camp meeting times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10am-2pm

Weeks offered: June 13th or June 20th

COST: $149 per week. Cash, check, or credit card accepted - prepay to hold your child's space.

INSTRUCTOR: HAYLEY FAIR

Hayley Fair has been teaching private piano lessons for 22 years. She has also taught elementary general music at a private school and has led summer camps for 5 years. Hayley holds a K-6 teaching certificate from the state of FL and has experience teaching small groups in public and private schools. She is a mother to three children, ages 10, 6, and 3. Her passion is helping students discover a love for music that will last a lifetime.
