Dunedin's Highlander Pool Reopening May 18

Highlander Pool set to reopen Monday, May 18th. The Dunedin Parks & Recreation Department is making plans to reopen Highlander Pool on Monday, May 18th for lap swim and open swim only, with limited capacities.

Pool hours and guidelines for Spring Season, beginning May 18*:
- Lap swimming
- Monday-Thursday, 3-7:00 pm
- Limited capacity of 8 people maximum, 1 person per lane
- Open swim
- Saturday & Sunday, 12-2:00 pm and 2:30-4:30 pm (all patrons must exit the facility from 2-2:30 pm for cleaning and sanitization)
- Limited capacity of 25% (25 people)
- Main pool and training pool will be open
- Reservations: Admission to the pool will be done by reservation only. Please call Highlander Pool at (727) 298-3266 ahead of time to reserve a spot. Payment will be made upon arrival.
*Hours may be extended during the summer (start date to be determined). Summer hours may include Monday-Thursday: 9am-7pm, Friday: 9am-4pm, Saturday & Sunday: 10am-4pm.

All programs remain postponed at this time, including swim lessons and water wellness. Pool hours and activities are subject to change.
All other recreational facilities, including the Dunedin Community Center, MLK, Jr. Recreation Center, Hale Senior Activity Center and Kiwanis Sprayground remain closed to the general public. Some facilities will open for City of Dunedin summer camps only, beginning June 1st. Starting, Monday, May 18th, summer camp paperwork can be dropped off at the Dunedin Community Center (1920 Pinehurst Road), Monday-Friday from 8 am-4 pm.
