Coffee & Conversation series. Enjoy FREE coffee (presented by the Sterling Society) and FREE insights as each month’s invited guest holds forth on their own area of expertise.
It’s September and time for a NEW SEASON of Coffee & Conversation! Thursday, September 13th at 12 noon, the series hosts artist Karen Woods. Karen will introduce the audience to the versatility of polymer clay, the tools used to work with it, its mimicry of other crafts, and its wide range of applications. She will have lots of hands on examples of her own finished work as well as that of other artists.

Karen Woods is a weaver, dyer, quilter, photographer, beader, papermaker, basketmaker and a serious student of the possibilities of polymer clay. In her words "Each craft influences the ones to come. My designs in clay reflect in large part weaving and quilting techniques."
