
Join me for a stretch and flexibility class...free...this coming final Friday!
Class is a fusion of Pilates and Stretch To Win techniques. Participants will be led through a series of exercises and movements designed to deepen the breath, elongate the spine and lengthen the whole body's musculature.
Benefits of stretching and flexibility training include: increased circulation, tissue hydration, movement efficiency, improved range of motion, injury and overtraining prevention and an overall sense of well being.
