Long time Dunedin resident Vivien Skinner Grant turns 99 on 9/9/2012. Come and celebrate with an ice cream social from 6 until 8 p.m. Please bring your favorite dessert to share. Ice cream and soft drinks will be provided to create Sundaes on a Sunday.
