Reiki is a Japanese energy balancing modality that promotes healing and relaxation. It channels Chi, Prana, or Universal life-force energy to a recipient while they rest fully-clothed. Reiki works gently to renew mind, body, and spirit at all levels. Reiki is safe for everyone, complements all other modalities, and effectively addresses anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic or acute pain, PTSD, grief, burn-out, and much more. Reiki recipients feel lighter, brighter, and more relaxed after a session, and it is quite normal to fall asleep during treatment. Sensations range from tingling, wavy pressure, heat, and heavy or floaty limbs, to visions of colors or a sense of spiritual awareness. Stepping out of the busy Beta brainwave, that "Fight or Flight" response, and shifting to an Alpha or Theta brainwave and the "Rest and Restore" mode, allows your Parasympathetic Nervous System vital time to work its healing wonders. All of my Reiki is hands-off, not only to honor your personal space but also to encourage deep relaxation into that lovely Theta brainwave state. Reiki is not a religion, does not conflict with any religious or spiritual framework, and does not require belief to be effective. It sounds "woo" but feels amazing! Charlie Bucket, Willy Wonka, and the most famous chocolate factory ever created.

Featuring a cast of neurotypical and neurodivergent performers working side-by-side, Willy
Wonka Jr. celebrates inclusion, creativity, and the belief that every child deserves the
opportunity to shine. Supported by a team of professional directors, teaching artists, mentors,
and volunteers, these young performers have spent weeks bringing this beloved story to life in a
way that is joyful, accessible, and uniquely Progressive Arts Theater.
Adding even more excitement, this production includes special audience participation
moments, turning theatergoers into part of the adventure. Families won’t just watch the story
unfold—they’ll help create the magic along the way.
Designed as a sensory-friendly performance, the event welcomes audience members who
