Trained counselors from the SHINE (Serving Health Needs of Elders) program will be at the library today to offer a special seminar comparing Medicare health and prescription-drug plans in advance of Medicare's annual election period.
This period (Oct. 15 through Dec. 7) is the only time seniors can change their Medicare health and prescription-drug plans until next year.
