Tai Chi for Beginners

Presented by the Dunedin branch of The Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA.

This class teaches foundation exercises and refines underlying principles and movements. Instructors recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and comfortable shoes, such as sneakers. People of all ages and physical abilities welcome.
