You now have a Free resource where you can get answers to your frequently asked questions.
Once every month starting in 2015 Stay Fit Personal Training will host FREE workshops on a health and fat loss topic to help you better understand how you can lose more fat, increase your energy, strengthen your muscles and manage stress.
Below are the dates and topics we have set through August. All workshops are the second Tuesday of the month at 7p.m. at Stay Fit Personal Training in Palm Harbor: 661 Alt 19, Palm Harbor, 34683. We hope you will join us!
