Graze Craze Opens New Charcuterie Shop in Dunedin

Graze Craze®, whose artfully styled charcuterie boards and graze-style catering are driving steady brand growth, is opening a new location in the Dunedin/Clearwater area. The 1,200-square-foot store, located at 2340 State Road 580 in Clearwater’s Columbia Plaza, offers a varied menu that enables customers to “Celebrate Everything” in delicious new ways.

It’s owned and operated by Tanya Bruce and Kerri Leeman, two friends who are eager to dig into a business venture that lets them serve great food and meet new people.

“We’re excited to bring this amazing food concept and experience to our friends, family and community,” said Bruce. “We do the work creating quick, convenient and delicious charcuterie boards for our customers, so all they have to do is relax and enjoy their event and their guests.”

Graze Craze boards are thoughtfully designed by trained Grazologists™ using premium Boar’s Head® meats, cheeses, fresh produce, house-made dips, sweet treats, and more. Each offering is crafted for flavor, balance, and artful presentation, perfect for celebrations, gifts, business meetings, or casual get-togethers. The Graze Craze Dunedin menu includes signature favorites:

• Gone Grazey: A well-balanced mix of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, veggies, and more – the best way to sample a little of everything.

• Vegegrazian: A vibrant vegetarian option loaded with seasonal produce and bold flavors from house-made dips.
• Sweet & Grazey: A decadent spread for dessert lovers, with chocolate, fruit, cookies, and indulgent dips.

The shop offers specially curated gluten-free options for its boards, including crackers.

Bruce and Leeman enjoy the whole menu but often choose the Gone Grazey. “It has so much variety, it’s perfect for a crowd,” said Bruce.

Before joining Graze Craze, Bruce honed her sales, marketing and corporate leadership skills in 26 years working with a global swimsuit manufacturer; she is also president of the University of South Florida Herd of Thunder Marching Band Alumni Organization. Leeman was CEO and practice manager of an orthopedic practice for 18 years, giving her a strong background in finance and leadership.

At their Graze Craze shop, boards are available in a variety of sizes, from a date night or small gathering, to a large spread fit for parties and events. Custom orders are welcome, and every board is made fresh to order. In-store pickup and local delivery are available.

The new Graze Craze is located close to downtown, at 2340 State Road 580, in Clearwater.
