- Developer Joe Kokolakis has modified the plan for the Gateway Dunedin project. The new plan adds an additional property to increase the project's density. Kokolakis will now build more apartment units at the project on Main Street. The plan includes a 79-room hotel, 17,000 square feet of retail, a food hall, and restaurants. (St Pete Catalyst)
- The City of Dunedin honors its teachers with the Mayor's Apple awards. Most notably, first-grade teacher Meg Truluck received the Golden Apple Award.
