Here are the top 3 stories in Dunedin today:
- No more driving around aimlessly looking for Christmas lights! A local couple created "Nick and Aubrey's Holiday Atlas" to help you find all of the best light displays in Pinellas County. Their website includes the address, photos, and directions to all of the homes and commercial properties worth checking out this year. They've even listed a bunch of local events happening through the end of the month. (The Holiday Atlas)
- Dunedin Parks and Recreation is hosting "Jack Frost Camp" during Christmas break for kids in Pre-K to 5th Grade. The camp will be held at the MLK Jr. Recreation Center where kids will partake in holiday-themed games, activities, crafts, and treats. Two weeks of camp are available, December 20 to December 23 and December 28 to January 3. (Press Release Desk)
- The Clearwater Marine Aquarium plans to create an ongoing memorial for Winter the Dolphin following her recent death. The memorial will include virtual reality encounters with the dolphin, a funding endowment, and a special song in her memory. It also plans to spread Winter's ashes in the Gulf of Mexico next month.
