Silver Santas Program Underway In Dunedin

The Dunedin Parks & Recreation Department is excited to have the Hale Senior Activity Center as a participating location for "Silver Santas" this year! Silver Santas gives seniors the opportunity to receive gifts every holiday season.

Starting November 5th, you can pick up a tag during open business hours, at the Hale Senior Activity Center (330 Douglas Ave, Dunedin), and return unwrapped gift items in the provided bag by Friday, December 4th to the Hale Senior Activity Center or the alternate location that will be listed on the tag.

Help us bring joy and comfort to seniors in need this holiday season. These isolated, low income seniors living in Assisted Living, HUD Communities or at home need your generosity. Each tag has their specific needs including sizes and interests.

Silver Santas is a program of the Senior Resource Committee of Better Living for Seniors (BLS). BLS is a volunteer organization made up of businesses and individuals that work with seniors and is affiliated with the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas, Inc.
