• Pinellas County study underway for East Lake Road corridor to manage growing traffic, construction to come (tampabay28.com) — Heavy traffic on East Lake Road has pushed Pinellas County to launch a long-term corridor study that could lead to lane widening, new signal timing, and safer crossings, with construction expected around 2031. Smaller improvements, like an added lane at Tarpon Woods, are already underway, and residents will have more chances to give feedback at future public meetings and online.
