Pawn Shop Visit Lands East Lake Man in Jail
Thomas Michael Bliss, 23, is accused of violating parole by leaving his home to go to a pawn shop. His actions at the pawn shop got him into even more trouble, according to an arrest affidavit.

An outing to an Oldsmar pawn shop ended with felony charges and a trip to jail for a Palm Harbor man.
According to an arrest affidavit, Thomas Michael Bliss, 23, is serving a two-year probation as a result of a drug charge and is required to serve home detention at his residence on Tarpon Woods Blvd. But, deputies say Bliss left his home on several occasions and went to the Pawn Max on Tampa Road in Oldsmar to pawn items.
The affidavit says Bliss tried to pawn a 10 kt. gold women's ring at the Pawn Max and gave the clerk a stolen Florida driver's license, using it as his own identification.
