NORTH NAPLES, Fla. — The Sales Team at Siena Lakes invited those who have already reserved an apartment to celebrate the Feast of San Gimignano, a time honored tradition in Siena Italy. Siena Lakes partnered with a local Italian favorite restaurant in Bonita Springs and more than 140 reservists pulled up and picked up their celebration dinner drive through style!

“We are all looking forward to having our residents move in so we love planning events to see them during construction,” said Fred Moschetta, Siena Lakes’ director of sales. “Everyone maintained social distance by staying in their car yet we were all able to say hello face to face. We even celebrated the wedding anniversary of a couple moving in and had accordionist Paplo DeVincenzo, who was here playing music during the event, serenade them in their car.”

Those who attended the event were able to choose from three different meals, Lasagna Al Forno, Eggplant Parmigiana or Chicken Parmigiana.

“The Annual Feast of San Gimignano is a celebration that honors strong tradition, culture and community,” said Moschetta. “That theme is very similar to the celebrations we have had and will continue to have here at Siena Lakes.”

Siena Lakes will feature one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with a variety of designs, including three floor plans. All residences will have a screened-in lanai and can be customized to match residents’ personal preferences.

Residents will enjoy Tuscan-influenced contemporary architecture along with walking paths, gardens and outdoor social spaces with views of the community’s lakes and water features.

Siena Lakes is situated on a scenic 29-acre campus just minutes from downtown Naples and many of the area’s most beloved beaches.

Tampa Bay-based Bessolo Design Group is the architect for the project, and Kaufman Lynn Construction, the general contractor for the sales center, is serving as the construction consultant.

Siena Lakes will also create employment opportunities in management, sales, health care, culinary arts and other hospitality fields.
