Landscape/Facade Grants - Up to $50,000
These matching grants fund exterior commercial property work such as repair, awnings, landscaping, and lighting in the Cleveland Avenue redevelopment area. Design criteria apply. Two grant levels: Maximum of 10% of total project cost/maximum of $50,000 or Maximum of 50% total project cost/maximum of $25,000.

Paint Grant - Up to $25,000
Matching grant to fund exterior commercial property painting in the Cleveland Avenue redevelopment area. Design criteria apply. Maximum of 50% total project cost/maximum $25,000.
