Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach’s monthly wine dinner series continues at JWB Grill on Thursday, August 13, at 6:30 p.m., with a guided tasting experience with Daou Vineyards & Winery.
Daou wine representatives will join guests for the four-course prix fixe dinner, guiding diners through each pairing with insight and passion for the wines of Daou Vineyards & Winery. The menu will include:
- First Course: Baked Oyster Rockefeller matched with Daou Sauvignon Blanc
- Second Course: Beef Tartare matched with Daou Reserve Merlot
- Third Course: Slow-Roasted Herb-Crusted Prime Rib matched with Daou Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
- Finale: Apple Almond Cake matched with Daou Reserve Chardonnay
The wine experience is $145 per person and includes wine pairings, a four-course dinner, tax, gratuity and valet parking. Space is limited, and reservations are required. JWB Grill is located at 1170 Estero Blvd. on Fort Myers Beach.
