<p>On April 6, Kelly Deihl and Taylor Zalich who both work at Naples Hooters visited the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation Cancer Clinic at the Bonita Health Center.  During their visit, Kelly and Taylor took the time to review the Lending Library book cart and thoughtfully restock any missing spots, ensuring the cart was fully refreshed and available for patients and their families.  </p>

<p>On April 13, Hooters continued its commitment to community and literacy with a visit to the Lee Health Regional Cancer Center.   Heidi Perez and Paige Roberts who works at Fort Myers Hooters and Taylor Zalich took part in the visit.  They delivered an assortment of brand-new books and activity books for patients and families for the lending library carts on the second and fourth floors.  Plus made sure to include bookmarks and writing utensils for patients and their families to have activity options during their time at the hospital.</p>

During his time with the association, he will be tasked with advocating for the interests and growth of local manufacturers by sharing industry insights and best practices; supporting workforce development initiatives to attract, train, and retain skilled talent in the region; and promoting collaboration between manufacturers, educational institutions, and community partners, among other tasks.</p>
<p>The SRMA provides manufacturers with the tools they need to increase productivity and growth through peer-to-peer connections and knowledge sharing, matching needs with resource experts, building talent pipelines by connecting them with educators and students, and providing a collective, unified voice through advocacy.</p>

Over his 25-year tenure, he has advanced through many roles, including Field Service Manager, Area Leader, Director of Manufacturing, Focused Factory Manager, and Operations Manager, among other titles.</p>
<p>With a passion for manufacturing, he has extensive knowledge in development, implementation, manufacturing, and service of both aluminum and vinyl window solutions for the residential and commercial markets. In his current role at MITER Brands, Curwood is responsible for more than 1,200 team members and has a successful track record of building highly dedicated, engaged teams. </p>
