The Englishman Hosts Grand Opening of Fifth Avenue South Gallery
Naples gallery welcomes sculptor Ruth Bloch for a reception in its new location on Fifth Avenue South.

Fine art gallery The Englishman will host a grand opening celebration debuting its new location at 365 Fifth Avenue South on Friday, December 8, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The event features an exhibition and meet-and-greet reception with internationally renowned sculptor Ruth Bloch.
Bloch’s distinctive work is familiar to Naples residents thanks to its inclusion in public sculpture displays sponsored by Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate. Hoffmann purchased several sculptures by Bloch, as well as works by artist Jim Rennert, to enhance retail areas owned by the company on Fifth Avenue South and Third Avenue South. The sculpture displays are part of Hoffmann’s vision of an enticing, engaging downtown Naples that will benefit local businesses. Hoffmann has also installed works by Bloch and Rennert for its retail properties in Winnetka, Illinois.
Israeli artist Ruth Bloch attended the Avny Art Institute in Tel Aviv, and took additional studies in psychology in the United States. Her work exhibits a great depth of feeling for the human figure, revealing the living unity of her masculine and feminine forces. Her works are exhibited all over the world.
