FL Man Will Buy New Golf Cart After $4M MA Lottery Win
A Lee County man visiting Massachusetts for the birth of his grandchild claimed a $4M prize playing a scratch-off game, the MA Lottery said.

MASSACHUSETTS — A Lee County man is $4 million richer after visiting Massachusetts with his wife following the birth of their fourth grandchild.
James Devine of Estero claimed the prize after playing the $4,000,000 Platinum Jackpot scratch-off game, according to a news release from the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission.
He chose to receive his winnings in a one-time, lump-sum payment of $2.6 million.

His plans for his big winnings? He’s going to use a portion of the prize to buy a new golf cart, so he and his wife can drive around their community, the commission said.
Devine purchased his winning ticket at a Nouria gas station in Chicopee. The store will receive a $40,000 bonus for selling the ticket.
