FORT MYERS, Fla. (Sept. 23, 2021) – Southwest Florida Children’s Charities, Inc. is giving the community “25 Million Reasons to Sip Sip Hooray” in celebration of raising over $25 million of donated funds in the past 13 years. The 2022 Southwest Florida Wine & Food Fest theme honors the power of our community to come together and elevate the future of our local pediatric health care system.

The 14th annual Southwest Florida Wine & Food Fest will take place on January 21 & 22, 2022. The two-day celebratory themed event will have honorary local chefs and notable vintners come together to showcase exquisite food and wine pairings.

“Achieving this goal could not have been possible without the dedication of our organization’s team, sponsors, trustees and donors,” said President Ed Bell. “We are proud of the work we have done for the past 13 years, and we will continue to make strides in our pediatric healthcare systems for many years to come.”

The two-day event kicks off at the Chef Vintner Dinners to be hosted in private luxury homes throughout the region to experience culinary creations from honorary chefs and mindfully paired with exclusive wineries.

The festivities continue at The Grand Tasting and Live Auction on Saturday, January 22 at Florida SouthWestern State College in Fort Myers, Florida, where guests will mingle with culinary specialties and enjoy wine from selected vintners. Guests will raise their paddles for the opportunities to take home international travel vacations, luxury and exhilarating experiences and opportunities to fund additional children’s causes.
