Should mention as well, bicyclists should never ride on the north side (westbound side) of the Cape Coral Bridge at all, neither with nor against traffic. There is no shoulder on the north side of that bridge and therefore no chance of the 6-foot minimum distance between automobiles and cyclists there, the shoulder is on the south side. It is not like the Midpoint Bridge which has shoulders on both sides.
