Silver Hills At Fort Myers Apartments Phase II Approved For CRA Rebate
Amenities will include a community pool, as well as frontage to and a boardwalk/dock on the Caloosahatchee River.
The developer, Silver Hills Development, Inc., is currently building Phase I across the street. It is a $75 million project consisting of 327 units, and completion is anticipated in 2021.

Phase II will consist of a residential building that will front directly onto the Caloosahatchee River. The concrete block building will be six stories tall, containing five residential stories over a single story of parking. The project will offer a mix of one bedroom/one bath, two bedroom/two bath, and three bedroom/two bath units. Several units will have extensive views of the river. Amenities will include a community pool, as well as frontage to and a boardwalk/dock on the Caloosahatchee River.
The total project cost for Phase II is $29.61 million. Phase II has an anticipated completion date of 2022.
