VPK Summer School Registration Now Underway

Classes begin on June 29.

Registration is now open for VPK summer school. Students about to attend kindergarten in August are eligible to attend. The focus of the one-month summer program is kindergarten readiness.

VPK Summer School meets Monday through Thursday from June 29th to July 30th. Classes are all day, from 7:15am to 5:15pm, and held at Sunshine Elementary School in Lehigh Acres or the Early Childhood Learning Center in Fort Myers.

VPK is a free educational program that prepares 4-year-olds for success in kindergarten and beyond. Summer School applications are being accepted through the Early Childhood Center. To apply send an email to earlychildhood@leeschools.net. Parents should visit the Early Learning Coalition of Southwest Florida website to determine their eligibility for VPK services.
