• Former Miami Hurricanes Star Arrested, Charged With Brutal Violent Crime In Florida (brobible.com) — An alleged armed robbery and assault involving former Miami Hurricanes player Mark Pope reportedly took place Thursday at a park off Southwest 218th Street in the Goulds section of Miami-Dade. Police say Pope pistol-whipped a woman in her car, stole her phone, and was later arrested and charged with armed robbery and aggravated battery after being identified by the victim.
